Scholarships

• New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships (NZIDRS) The scholarship program is aided by the government of New Zealand. It targets students who are interested in doing a Ph.D. in the country. It covers the tuition fee, related student levies, living stipend, and some health-related insurance. It is valid for three years.
• New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships It is meant for students who wish to pursue a Master's of a Ph.D. program. It is similar to NZIDRS, including tuition fee, allotment of living expenses of NZ $491 per week, travel and health insurance, and an establishment allowance of NZ $3,000.
• New Zealand Excellence Awards (NZEA) Meant for Indian students, this scholarship program is aided by Education New Zealand (ENZ). For PG programs, it accounts for 28 scholarships, and for UG, it is only 3. It is valued at NZ 5,000 for PG courses and NZ 10,000 for UG courses.
• NZ-GRADS New Zealand Global Research Alliance Doctoral Scholarship The Global Research Alliance on Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Emissions launches NZ-GRADS scheme for students who wish to pursue a Ph.D. program in agricultural emission science. It is valid for 3 years. It includes tuition fees, annual stipend, medical insurance, visa application cost, and research allowance.
• SEG Scholarship Soshi Educational Group funds this scholarship program. It is aimed towards the field of geophysics and related sciences. It is divided into scholarship A, scholarship B, and scholarship C valued at NZD 7,000, NZD 5,000, and NZD 3,000 respectively.
